FAQS (Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Cancellations)

Shipping:

We take pride in fast shipping. We utilize USPS standard and express shipping. All orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based on delivery address and total order weight. Orders that meet free shipping will adhere to same schedule and method of shipping.
Most orders are under one pound and will be shipped USPS First Class with tracking; if your order is over it will be shipped USPS priority. 
Orders that are placed on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday will ship after processed and on the next business day. 
 
  Free Shipping is offered on orders $100 or more
Please be AWARE that once your order has left our warehouse we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive on the delivery date once it is in the hands of the USPS; it is their responsibility to deliver on your delivery date.  
Please wait approximately 3 to 5 business days to receive your package once it has left our warehouse. 
Returns:
Here at Wynter's Wear we want your shopping experience to be the absolute best; and hope that each item you receive you love! If you are not happy with your item(s) please see our below polices. If you have any questions or concerns we can be reached at info.wynterswear@gmail.com.                                                         
 Customers are allowed to return items 7 calendar days from the date their item(s) were delivered. Items need to be returned in the way they were received; unworn, untampered with, unwashed, tags in place, and in its original packaging.
  If items are returned in conditions less than perfect no store credit will be issued.
  Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving with photo proof. Please contact us at info.wynterswear.com.
 
  We currently do not offer refunds but you will receive a store credit minus shipping cost within 5 days from the date your items have been inspected. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable. We do not provide return shipping labels, and shipping fees are the customers responsibility.
 You will receive an email alert once your item returned has been received and store credit has been issued. 
 We do not offer exchanges; however you can return your item for a store credit and then place a new order. 
Lost, Stolen or Damage items:
Wynter's Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen or damage items that are returned. Please return items through a secure and insured method of shipping. Please obtain a tracking number and delivery confirmation for you records and to provide to Wynter's Wear should any issues arise.
NOTE: Orders that are undeliverable or are refused are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping costs used in the original order. YOU will be charged a fee that the courier charges us. If you do not wish to receive your order we will refund your purchase but will deduct the courier cost for shipping, the original shipping purchased at time of order and the 10% restocking fee per our store policy.
Items that cannot be returned: Free gifts or promotional items marked FINAL SALE, Discounted sale or Clearance items. Bodysuits, Swimwear, Sunglasses, Jewelry, Purses. 
Changing or Cancelling your order?
We are unable to change or edit any orders after it has been submitted; as we want to keep to a quick turn around time to complete and ship orders. Once your order is processed we will be unable to cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please email us at info.wynterswear@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist with your concerns. 
Your order may however be cancelled by Wynter's Wear due to an unforeseen event such as an item you ordered suddenly becomes out of stock and is no longer available. This should be a rare occurrence and you will be contacted within 1 to 2 days about the cancellation. If you have other items in your order those items will be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be cancelled from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled immediately.
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation to the email account associated with your account once you have completed your purchase.
